Online Enrollment Dates
- 2025–26 school year: Online enrollment remains open.
- 2026–27 school year: Online enrollment begins on
TK & Kindergarten Eligibility
California law requires students to enroll based on their birthdate.

Before You Start
- Check the Grade Placement Chart (age-based requirements).
- Use the FVSD School Locator to find your assigned school.
- Review the Parents’ Guide to Immunizations to ensure compliance.
Enrollment Steps
Step 1: Complete Online Enrollment
- Fill out the Aeries Online Enrollment form.
- Print the confirmation page (single-sided only).
- Device note: Please use a computer. Aeries may not work properly on phones or tablets.
Step 2: Complete Enrollment Forms
Download and complete the New Student Enrollment Packet. Please print all forms single-sided.
Step 3: Gather Required Documents (Copies)
Prepare copies of the following:
- Two (2) proofs of residence (accepted documents) — Required
- Student Immunization Record — Required
- Proof of age (accepted documents) — Required
- Parent/guardian photo ID (driver’s license or passport) — Required
- Most recent report card (if applicable)
- Most recent state testing results (SBAC) (if applicable)
- GATE documentation (if applicable)
- IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
Step 4: Submit Your Paperwork
Submit completed forms and required documents by:
- Dropping them off at the Tamura Elementary School office
- Emailing to [email protected]
